1993 Toyota Corolla Car High Idle Start Approximately 1200 Rpm Will Stable 1000

My car has a high idle at start-up approximately at 1200 rpm and will be stable at 1000 rpm when heat-up, but when I open my aircon my idle suddenly goes down to 700 to 800 rpm. Is it normal? If not what can be the cause of sudden rpm drop?

sounds normal. the idle is a tad high but not out of the norm.

have the throttle body cleaned.
