I just purchased a 1996 Toyota Camry with 59,990 miles. It is a 4 cylinder car. When my mechanic was checking it over, the ABS system is not working and needs repair. Is this covered under the dealer limited warranty. Is it necessary to fix the system? It also needs struts.

Abs is not neccessary but it is a lot safer then not. If your not used to non abs driving fix it because if your used to stoping fast youll find the breaks will lock up on you and youll hurt yourself or worse someone else.
