I have a 92 Camry. The car had a 1/4 tank of gas and I drove it in the morning to park in a lot. The temp during the day very cold -- Chicago in winter. When I tired to start the car, the igniition turned and there was no sound and the car did not turn over. Lights, heat, and all electrical are working. ANy idea what this could be? Gas line freeze? What do I do?

Either your Ignition switch, NSS, or the starter relay is bad, or the starter itself.
