My 1995 Toyota Camry has 228,000 miles on it and is running great. EXCEPT, that lately the oil is always gone. I use the synthetic oil for high mileage, and it has been working really great. Now Imy car has developed a leak over the past couple months, and it seems to be gettingworse. :Roll When I check it, the stick shows completely empty, after only a couple weeks. I don't know what it will cost. The car has been so good until now, it has only needed the electric window repaired. I see that underneith the front, a cardboard like thing is hanginig, like it got caught on something, could this be where the problem started? My teenager also drives my car. Could he have run over the curb?

Please help. I don't know much about cars.

Camrys are prone to leak with that many miles. Is the oil low only when the teenager drives it? You CAN'T rev that old engine or the oil will go out the tail pipe.

Take it away for a couple of days, you drive it and watch the oil consumption if it not as much, you know the answer. I don't have a clue what the cardboard thing is hanging under the car. Good luck
