Hello,
When I start my car for the first time in a day Upon giving some gas it takes time to move the car forward. When I give the gas the RPM meter shows it's increase in speed but the car takes at least 5-10 secs to move forward. Could any one tell me what exactly needs to be checked. This problem comes only initial start of the car. Later on the car moves smoothely upon changing the gears to (D, R. )

Thank You

If the tranny is not slipping -test the throttle position sensor and vehicle speed sensor
