It appears the battery is the issue however when I put a charger on it, it is showing as if it's fully charged? I did place the hazzard lights on and watched the charger jump back and forth? I was able to jump the car but once I got it back to the garage and turned it off, I was unable to start it again?

Hi g1knj99,

When you are able to jump start, that indicates a problem with the battery.

Some batteries can show a full charge but when the starter is being cranked, the voltage would drop.

Attach a voltmeter to the battery and while ignition is turned to START, note if the battery voltage level drops below 10 V. If yes, the battery is bad.
