1995 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

yes I have a 95 toyota camry and it starts up fine when it's warm outdoors but when it gets cold outdoors it's very hard to start it sound like when the starter is going out but it's not the starter.I changed the fuel pump and the cold tempature sensor, like I was saying it starts when it's warm

Thank u for your responds the engine I have is the 2.2 and the 4 cyl don't come with the cold start injector.I have change the coolant temp sensor I did the self diagnostic the code 22 came up before I changed the coolant temp sensor. The engine only has 79,000 miles on it when it do run it runs like new but for some reason when the temp change outdoors it is very hard to start and that's if it even starts, even when I spray starter fluid in it it still will not start I can't understand whats wrong.
