car rpm goes up and down sometimes car dies out at light when I have stop and then I start to drive iit hasitates then takes off is the distrbutor bad I changed spark plugs and wires gave it a tune up

Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR and PCV valves and then test the throttle position sensor and aiflow meter-also check the fuel pressure-Let me know
