1990 Camry "lights" sign in the dash

I have a !990 toyota camry, and I have a problem with the light sign that shows up in the dash. I have replace every rear light bulb and the bulb holders and it still shows. This happens everytime I step on the brakes, then the light turn on and it doesnt go away, I dont know what the problem is, So if anyone knows what it could be please give some advice.

I had the same problem with my camry(yellow light in a shape of a car with lines in the back of the car), if this is the case, the third brake light is broken which is located by your rear window....I hope this helps and it is really cheap to repair it
