2006 Toyota Avalon Car often will not start

After parking for even a short period of time, car often will not start and usually will start after jumping off. Problem is getting worse, know it is not battery or alternaror for these have been checked. We took car to toyota dealer, they could not find anything wrong, we suspect may be smart ignition not completely shutting off. Please give advice so we can solve problem.

2006 model year Avalon with Smart Key System
When the Engine Start/Stop switch is turned OFF with the gear selector lever in a position other than "P, " the vehicle electrical system will be in the "ACC" mode. When the door is opened the Smart Key System Warning Buzzer will sound indicating that the electrical system is not "OFF" when exiting the vehicle. This may result in a discharged battery. Be sure to turn off the engine AFTER shifting the gear selector lever to the "P" position and not before
