When I put the key into the ignition the key won't turn anything past acc. I have tried all my keys and none of them will get the key to turn. It feels like its jammed when I try to turn. What can I do about this since this happened all the sudden at a mall parking lot and it's stuck there. I'm looking for a way to start and turn off the car so I can drive it home and work on it.

First I would ask to make sure it isn't just your steering wheel locked up and causing the key to be hard to turn. Holding the wheel one way or the other and jiggeling the key will sometimes get it un-stuck. One thing you can do is remove the key lock cylinder. This is the likely cause if not the steering wheel lock. You will have to remove the steering wheel collum cover and the the cylinder with the cylinder out it is possible to start the car with a screw driver.
