Thud in front left side

When I’m at a stop, the take off my left front make a single thud.

Hi,

This is most likely a bushing or other suspension component that is worn out. Unfortunately there is no easy way to check these other than inspecting them for cracking or wear.

The most common thing that fails on these are engine mounts. This can cause a clunking noise. I would suggest lifting the hood and having someone shift from Park to Reverse then drive, and back. If the engine rocks a good bit then the engine mount has failed. If this is not it then you need to look at the suspension components to determine if they are worn. Here is a guide that will help:
