Limp mode when the "lightning" indicator came on?

My car went into limp mode when the "lightning" indicator came on. Code was the throttle position sensor. Replaced throttle body with new Dorman throttle body, and put new MAP sensor in. Did the "relearn" procedure.I.E pedal in-hold-pedal out. The indicator will go away, the car will drive normal for 10-15 minutes then goes back into limp mode with "lightning" indicator coming back on. What is this and how can I fix it?
