I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, new air filter, drained the tank and added heet ISO, checked the ignition fuse, replaced the coils and still the car only cranks but will not start, today it made a popping sound and smoke came from the oil cap, I am at my wits end with this car, what is wrong with it?

Welcome to the forum, I saw what you replaced, did you visually check for spark at the plugs? What is the fuel pressure, use a gage to check. Is your theft system causing a problem?
