Not really. Most of the time a turbo engine uses a different trans, axles, basically the entire drivetrain is stronger to handle the higher horsepower/torque of the turbo engine. You will also have to swap the wiring harness, PCM and most likely the brackets on the engine are different. A swap like this is alot of work and can become a can of worms if not done by a shop with experience doing such conversions
