We Have replaced the master cylinder 3 time what happen when it set for 1hour or you drive down road for 10 to 15 miles the first time you hit brake it goes almost to floor (New master cylinder not rebuilt) the after first braking works fine go another 10 to 15 miles hit brakes to floor release hit brakes again works fine (5 speed w/ hill holder no ABS system)

Sounds like it may be getting air in the system or possibly something like a loose wheel bearing or some thing is pushing the caliper piston back so that you have to pump up the pedal to have brakes. Try letting it sit for a while so that the pedal will sink and pinching off the brake hoses 1 at a time to see if you can isolate hwheel that may be causing this
