Replaced starter relay, no start.
Replaced, no start.
Did the key fob security steps, no start.

Does the vehicle crank over at all or when you turn the key to the run position it does nothing? Also, did you replace the starter as well? Does the dashboard light up with the key on? Let us know please.

Here's the rundown.
Replaced starter relay then starter cranked AWESOMELY, shutdown wouldn't crank (new battery)
Tried security with key fob wouldn't crank
Tried "Clear Flood" found accelerator pedal stuck to floor, pulled pedal into proper position wouldn't start
Attempted to inspect spark plugs, no socket in my tools (lesson. Don't loan tools)
It turns over but won't start

Lol yep don't loan tools #1. Sure sounds like a battery cable problem, can you move the cables around to see if the electrical comes back?
