I have been hearing a high pitched squeaking noise coming from my front right wheel only when my brakes/tires are warm once I apply brakes it stops. I took the car to two dealerships who do not know what the problem is. This is very annoying and I do not want to spend a whole lot of money on parts I do not need. Please help this is very frustrating.

Sounds like the brake squealers are making noise and should be checked for a brake job.

Yes, it is called a squealer because of the screeching sounds it makes prior to a brake application.
