1994 Saturn SL2 wont start

i have a 94 saturn sl2 with a 4cyl dual ohc auto, it wont start i have spark and it crank but there is no power to the fuel pump also ther is no power to the radio or the powere acc on the interior. this happened last year and i jumped the fuel pump to run and i got it home but the trans did not shift. theres a fuse block under the center counsole i pulled all the fuses and relays and then put them back and the car ran normal now its doing it again any help ?

So you have no radio etc?No start?NO power to the fuel pump?Is that correct?

that is correct i have a 94 sl2 auto. there is no power to the radio. the dome light dont work. the power locks dont work and the trans does not shift when i drive it. i have the fuel pump jumped to run with the light on and it runs fine the ac works and the windows work but it dont shift. any help would be appreciated im shipping out to boot camp in 2 weeks and leaving the car for my wife and kids

Here's what i think about your problem you could have a bad instrument panel fuse box the one in front of your center console.That would explain why when you pulled all the fuse's out and put them back in it worked for a little while.I have had car's that stalled and wouldn't start and when i pushed on the fuse box where the fuse's were it started up.Let's try this turn on the radio also turn the dome lamp on the on position move around the fuse box really good and see if the radio or the dome lamp come's on.Make sure all the fuse's good before you try this.Let me know what you find.
