Yesterday I apparently left my car keys in contact inside the car, yes stupid but common, and now it just won't start because the battery drained. I know how to jump start the car and everything but the battery of the Saturn Sl2 is inside a plastic box which can't be opened because the fuse cables and the other black cable are connected to the battery and won't let the box open. My question was are those the cables that are supposed to be taken out? and if so how do I take them out? Because I'm having a hard time. Or do you guys think if I leave it like that will it charge by tomorrow? One good sign I found out was when I open the car I hear that beep sound that it does but it lacks of power, just a low beep beep. But will it charge?

The battery is not going to charge on it's own nor do you want to use jumpers and expect the alternator to recharge it for you. That would only risk burning out your alternator. They are not designed to recharge a totally dead battery. You need to either remove the battery to have it charged or get a charger and charge it in the vehicle. There are plastic covers on the battery cable ends to lift off so you can access the terminal bolts to attach the charger.
