My 94 Saturn SL will not start. As soon as you turn the key, or turn on the lights, the whole electrical system shuts down. If I pop-the-clutch, the car will run fine. Now here is the weird part, after i have tried to start the car, and the electrical system is dead, If I shake the car(rock it) the dome light will come back on. I have replaced all the ignition electrical system, replaced the starter, and the battery is good. Is there a sensor that would be effected by rocking the car? Im running out of answers, I hope you can help me!
Thank you for your time!

Hello,

It sounds like the issue is a malfunctioning ignition switch.
The ignition switch is the electrical components that the lock cylinder attaches to.
It consists of many wires and connectors. A malfunctioning ignition switch can prevent the engine from starting as well as trigger inoperative dash lights.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
