I have a code P0411 Secondary Air Injection Malfunction on my 2000 Saturn SL2 . I replaced the EGR and it went away for a couple of days, but it's back. Any thots on fixing it for good?

The code relates to the air pump itself that is located on the passenger front of the engine. It is a round black thing that has vacuum lines and electrical lines coming off of it. It also has a small diameter metal tube running from it to the center of the exhaust manifold.

I would start by tracing the vacuum lines and the electrical lines. Make sure all are intact and connected properly. I'm thinking you have a loose vacuum line.

Good hunting and let us know what you find. :)
