My wheels are making a high pitched squeal like a teapot whistle while I am driving. It doesn't start when I begin driving, but after about 5 miles of travel. Then the whistle begins and seems to get louder as time goes on. When I apply the brakes, the sound goes away until I let the brakes off again. What could the sound be coming from?
