My car is hard to start sometimes and the remote key doesn't work at all. I was told the crank postion sensor had to be replaced for the hard start problem and the car also need a twice for the remote problem.

Have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to check for fault codes relating to the hard start condition

Changing battery in key remote
To remove
Open the cover by pressing in/down in the hole using a small screwdriver 1.2-1.4 mm in diameter.
Press the retaining heel away from the battery.
To fit
Insert the new battery under the two contacts and then press down to secure the battery under the retaining heel.
Fit the cover.
IMPORTANT:Make sure the lid is fitted correctly and is properly sealed to comply with waterproof requirements.

Press the remote's unlocking button at least 4 times to synchronize the remote with TWICE.
NOTE:The car must be within range when this is done.

After synchronizing, the direction indicators should flash when the remote is operated.
