1999 SAAB 9-3 repair Question Stalling

Car surges and stalls when stationary after stopping. Car does this after about 10 minutes of driving. Just had a tune up to stop this but no difference.

You need to replace your engine crank position sensor, that is the first signs of it going bad, next stage is your vehicle will crank but not start, note issue may also be from tune up, check all vacuum pipes & hoses plus replacement parts. Good luck.

Try your advice, car still surged, mechanic found that the wrong type of spark plugs were used at the last tuneup 3 weeks ago by someone else. Also found a compression leak and fix it. Car runs beautifully
