Vacuum leak, low fuel pressure leaky injector etc. scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. See link. auto parts rent gauge.

I forgot to tell you the oxygen sensor stays lean after I shut off the engine and started back. It will oscillate after I bleep the gas pedal
