Running rough and hard to crank

Gave a complete tune up when I bought it but it runs rough unless I get the rpm's up. It is hard to start unless it is cold. I have put fuel injector cleaner, fuel system cleaner, octane boost, sea foam and gas treatment, several bit helps a little bit but not for long. What now?

Hello,

It sounds like you have low compression in one or more cylinders. Lets start by checking it so we do not chase our tail.
