Cylinder one will not hold compression so I started taking it apart and I am down to the head and the valve cover is off. I do not know if the roller rockers have to come off before the head and if so do they have to be in a certain position? Also how do you adjust them when reinstalling?

So it does not have to be at top-dead-center when removing?
