Removing automatic transmission

I am removing the transmission in my car and I need a step by step instructions. I have removed the axle but not sure where to go from there. Its me and my granddad by the way, and he usually works on GM's so he is confused too. Please help!

There are no pictures for this and you need something like a 2X4 or tool to support engine during removal. See pictures for instructions.
