I just picked up the car listed above, it was sitting for almost a year. Brakes were seized. Hole in fuel line, brake lines needed to be replaced. I replaced all above said problems. I need to change oil yet. But my problem is that when I'm driving it all of a sudden goes to reduce engine power. Then it shuts off. I don't know what I should look at or fix? Also put premium gas and seaform. I ran it for 10 minutes idling and it shut off.

Hello, I'm Danny.

Has the check engine light came on because of this issue? If the light is on then there will be a fault code stored in the computer that is causing the car to go into reduced power or limp mode. If you don't have access to a scanner or code reader most auto parts stores have a tool loaner program and can rent you one. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved for checking codes:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/checking-a-service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing

After performing this check get back to us with the code information and we can then help properly diagnose the condition that is causing the problem with your car. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
