Someone started taking out fuses and relays. Now windows or inside lights or sunroof do not work. Where are the fuses and relay?

The fuses and relays are located in two primary fuse boxes: one inside the passenger compartment and another in the engine compartment.

I've replaced all fuses, is what relay is it, and what box is it in.

Gotcha, here is the fuse box and relay locations so you can reinstall the fuses and relays.
