1998 Pontiac Sunfire shutofff!

My sunfires theft light system will come on when the car is started but sometimes you start the car it will shut off immediately and you got to wait about 10 mins for the car to "reset" and it will be fine until you shut the car off!

The 10 minute wait is the normal process to bypass the system. There is a problem with the factory security system. However, the only people that have the proper test equipment is a dealer. I hate to say it, but that is where you need to take it. Anything I would say without checking it would be nothing more than a guess.
