it had a dual heating system. Driver and passenger, The passenger heats fine but the driver blows cold air?

Most likely a blend door. This is a door or plate that electrically moves to divert air (hot/cold) to vents.

You will have to remove a portion of dash to replace.

But I would start by checking fuses first.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
