Whenever I start my car the RPM is already between the 1 and 2 somtimes it just stays at 2 so when I take off my car goes from 0 to 30 m.P.H without me even pressin the gas. When I put my car in park my RPM stay at 2. What could be wrong?

IAC (idle air control valve) could be stuck open, or a vacuum leak.

Turn engine off, then key to on, then off again. Remove IAC, if spring is fully compressed then IAC is at fault.

You can also (cold engine) have a helper turn key on while you put finger on IAC, have helper turn key on (do not start) you should feel the IAC buzzing, if not then IAC or connecions to it.
