1999 Pontiac Firebird not getting fuel but fuel pump is goo

It wont start becuase it is not getting fuel. Will start with starting fulid. However, fuel pump is good and not sure then why it won't start. It might be a wire loose somewhere but we dont know where that would be

Check the fuel pressure if it's within specs. And also check if the injectors are pulsing.

There is no fuel pressure. We thought the fuel pump was bad and took it out and tested it. That's how we know it's good but it not turning on

Check the ECM B fuse and the fuel pump relay

All the fuses are good and still not working

Fuses and Fp relay are good -check the computer controlled of the relay circuit

After tested with a computer it is giving a failed result for codes p0606 and p1518
