1997 Pontiac Firebird Radio/Power Window problem

Without warning the radio, clock and power windows quit working. This is while the car is running. Absolutely clueless as to where to begin. As far as I can tell, no other problems like remote entry or wipers etc quitting. Thanks.

Do they work intermittently, or are they just dead now?

If they're just dead, you can check the fuses.

This happened on my 2001 Firebird. The problem is bad solder on a component called a Body Control Module, located under the glove compartment, near the kick plate. Takes about 2 hours to fix. Here's a link that details everything....
