Is there a relay somewhere that could be kicking out? Both windows will move a little and then stop, wait for a little and they will move some more. I don't understand why it is both doors? Help.

Welcome to the forum, there is a power window circuit breaker in the fuse box. See if the circuit breaker is hot to the touch, when you try to operate the windows. I've seen faulty window motor cause the breaker, almost too hot touch. I wouldn't think both motors would go bad at once, usually it is the driver door first.
