Code P0452, how to remove the fuel tank and access the fuel?

Hi, my brother has a P0452 code on his car listed above. I'm self-employed and would call myself an advanced DIYer. I'd like to make some money without having a huge headache. Is it the sensor? If so, please tell me how to test the sensor and what kind of scanner will show evap data. Please offer pictures and step-by-step instructions on how to remove the fuel tank and access the fuel. This code indicates that the voltage signal from the fuel tank pressure sensor is higher than expected, which typically means there is a problem with the sensor or its wiring. To test a fuel tank pressure sensor, you will need a multimeter to measure resistance and voltage. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to test a fuel tank pressure sensor:

Safety precautions: Ensure that the vehicle is parked in a well-ventilated area and the engine is turned off.

Locate the fuel tank pressure sensor: The fuel tank pressure sensor is typically located on or near the fuel tank. Refer to the vehicle's service manual or consult a repair guide specific to your vehicle to find its exact location.

Disconnect the electrical connector: Unplug the electrical connector from the fuel tank pressure sensor. Inspect the connector and wiring for any signs of damage, corrosion, or loose connections. Repair or replace any faulty components if necessary.

Measure resistance: Set your multimeter to measure resistance (ohms). Connect the multimeter leads to the appropriate terminals on the fuel tank pressure sensor connector. Consult the vehicle's service manual or a wiring diagram to identify the correct terminals for resistance testing.

Compare readings: With the multimeter connected, take a resistance reading. Compare the measured resistance to the manufacturer's specifications for the fuel tank pressure sensor. If the resistance is outside the recommended range, the sensor may be faulty and require replacement.
