I am trying to change the spark plugs on my '99 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The number 2, 4 and 6 plugs are easy to do but the 1, 3 and 5 are next to impossible. I have a Haynes repair manual that says to "remove the resonator and the intake strut bolt at the cylinder head" and then to "remove the intake strut bolt at the intake manifold and swing the strut out of the way". I have no idea what they are talking about since they showed no pictures. Can you help explain what and where these things are so I can complete this project? Thanks

For plug number one you will have to remove the accessory drivebelt. Then secondly you have to remove the 4 bolts from the upper generator bracket. After that you should be ablve to push the generator backwards and have access to the number one plugs.

The next one with the strut, that is the thing attached from the head to the manifold that is in the way of you getting at plugs 3 and 5.
