Plymouth Voyager Compression Problem

Service Engine Light on. Computer says misfire on #6. Had it tuned up, replaced spark plugs. Light came on again. Changed spark plug (again) on #6. Today, while sitting at stop light noticed a rough idle. Light came on again. Any ideas?

could be low compression, bad plug, wire, coil injector or wiring. all these need to be checked.

Swap injector # 6 with one from a different cylinder to see if the misfire switches to that other cylinder. If it does not, that just leaves a valve / compression problem. Depending on which engine you have, it could also be an ignition coil problem.
