Was the engine an exact replacement? If the engine wasn't the same year--make--model-- engine size, you may need the computer from the donor vehicle?

The info I looked at was a voyager 3.0L, has a distributor. Primary voltage to coil is dark green wire with orange tracer, should be hot with the engine cranking. The asd relay supplies primary voltage to the coil--injectors--02 sensor heater circuit, maybe others, I didn't look that closely.

I'd have to check asd relay voltage and ground circuits. The pcm usually grounds the asd relay, may not ground without proper cam and crank signals. To dig into this much further, you need to check for applicable troublecodes and/or use a scanner on it.
