After driving long distances and I stop to go in a store and get in my car it will not start. It will not make a sound at all but after some time like a couple of hours then it will start and run fine as long as I do not go too far with it. All the electrical seems to work : lights, radio, cluster, windows: but not the engine.

Check battery for condition including load test, most places can do for free and will check charging rate at same time. See link.

I have had the battery tested they said it was fine, I am thinking it might not be grounded correctly or there is a short somewhere that when it gets hot it does not let the car start, what you think?

Check the ground to the engine as that is where the starter gets its ground. Then have starter tested for draw not at an auto parts it may be drawing a smidge to many amps when hot.
