The problem will be either an issue with the rear shoe springs not retracting the brakes, faulty adjusters turning on when brakes applied or residual brake line pressure caused by a faulty master cylinder, incorrect pedal adjustment or a faulty proportioning valve also check for a faulty rear brake hose, it is possible that the internal lining of the hose is failing internally, causing a valve like reaction retaining rear brake pressures to stay high.
