Brakes problem
1998 Plymouth Breeze 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my husband had put new wheel cylinders, drums, and pads on my car in the back. Now, when he finished, I helped him bleed the brakes. The drivers side went fine, everything worked but, when we went to do the passenger side, the brake locked up when I let off on the brake. He thought it was a bad wheel cylinder, so I went to get another one, when we tried it again, the brakes did the same thing. The emergency brake works fine, it does what it suppose to do. But the brakes are locked up. Do you know what can be the problem? He has tried everything, and looked over everything, and still does not know what it could be?

The problem could also exist in the master cylinder
or the proportioning valve . A basic test would be to crack the bleeder
when the front brakes are "hung". If the brakes release, you are
looking at more than calipers.
