I replaced the ignition with a used one but put the original transponder electrical parts from original ignition on the one I bought. Put a new fuel pump and put a different fuel level sensor on the fuel assembly because the original one was uncoiled and unrepairable. Forgot to add the fuel temperature sensor but added it later on when car showed a code for it. Programmed the key that came with the used ignition and the first time >t asked for a second key but said it was a success. Called a locksmith and he tried all the programming machines and even made a duplicate transponder chip, but the car will still not start. It has fire and fuel pump works only when connected and outside of tank at first but is working fine now I believe. The security light blinks 4 or 5 times then goes off when the key is turned to on position. The car seems like it's starving for fuel but it's receiving fuel. Checked relays and all good. Put gas into the throttle body and the car starts but shuts off. I'm baffled. Is reading no codes. I think that's everything.

The fact that the security light flashes means the immobilizer is activated. Let's run the codes to confirm the security system is causing the issue. Here are two guides that will help us get started on fixing the problem:
