Code P1745, transmission will not shift?

I changed the shift solenoid pack a few months ago and the other day my wife was driving the van and this code p1745 popped up and now the van won't shift again. I just changed the line pressure sensor located inside the pan and it is still giving me the same code and won't shift. Any help would be great thanks.

First make sure the fluid level is full, if so, it sounds like the TCM has gone out or has corrosion in the connector.

The P1745 trouble code in a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country relates to a fault in the transmission line pressure solenoid.
