No electrical power at AC connector
1991 Oldsmobile 98, 112k miles, 3.8L
There isn't any power at the connector that plugs into the A/C compressor regardless of control/temperature/defrost settings. For as much of the wiring I can see, nothing appears damaged, burnt, or severred. Heat and fan all work fine. Where do I start looking? Thanks.

Pull the plug on the Pressure Cycling Switch (It'll be plugged into the side of the Accumulator..silver canister). Take a paperclip and insert the ends of it into the plug to short out the circuit. If the compressor starts, then you have a low charge...if it does not start you have another problem which could be a bad compressor clutch.
