Engine Performance problem
1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150k miles

My car has a slightly rough idle, there is no obd code, have done tune up such as new plugs gapped corectly, wires, coil packs, air filter, oil change and filter. Would also like to know if there is any free tuning I do to improve gas milage and performance.

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following-inspect and test all the following below:
1. Defective spark plug.
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
10. Idle air control valve.
11. Throttle position sensor.

Which of these would not give a check engine code, cause I have none, idle only alternates by about 100 r's
