Engine Performance problem
1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles

1990 Old Cutlass Supreme SL with 3.1 MFI starts
and idles fine like a new one but when I push on the accelerator, the engine just dies after a short runup.
Nothing coded. Changed the TPS anyway but no luck. Have already replaced the FP,Fuel regulator,
IAC, MAP, O2, new plugs and wires plus timing chain and gears. A friend recommended having the ignition coils and module checked but after having already changied all of the other things I need some expert advice before I go any further. Would appreciate any help you can give. Thank You.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Also, has the check engine light come on?

Yes I checked Vacuumn and was OK. Engine lightdoes not come on. The only sensor I have not
changed is the crank sensor. Don't know if the
injectors are a problem or not. FP pressure is good.

Haven't checked the injectors but will give it a try. I thought an injector problem would act more like a miss or something. Thanks for the suggestion.
