1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass stall

i have a 2.5 cutlass vehicle runs mormal when cold. when vehicle is warm starts normal but stall when put in gear. i can put it in gear and drive when its warm if i put my foot on gas and brake at the same time and keep the rpm's up. i have changed the t p s and when I tapped the maf sonsor there was no differance in the way the motor ran, could this be the iac help me out please.

yes that is most likely the problem.. I would clean the throttle body and the IAC.

i have not completed the work but i did remove the crank shaft position sensor and found it swollen and cracked up. it was a pain so im going to put a new one in there tomarrow, i will let you know what happens

there you go. hopefully thats it, when it heats up it acts up. nine times out of ten the crank sensor will not create a check engine light

replace crankshaft position sensor and the vehicle drove fine for a day under severe heat i live in no. cal. the next day the same thing happened, i dont know what this could be?

ok, clean the throttle body and clean the iac and or replace it. if there is a check engine light on now, scan it and let me know what the codes are,
